Hy & Mike's Pawn

This is my go to pawn shop for almost anything pawn related. I love how flexible they are and they almost always give me an extra few days on my pawns when I need it! I don't ever go anywhere else!

Great place to shop. Cl3an, nice selection and they have great customer service! Going back next to get a computer.

When I saw these reviews I was hesitant to go in. I am SO GLAD I went in. The owner treated me very well and explained the loan process from beginning to end.

This location has the worst customer service. Women was rude accused me of having fake gold and wanted to cut it to test, there are other ways of testing gold and when I pointed it out to her I was a good customer of Hy and Mikes and never had anyone cut my jewelry on a loan she laughed at me. I've been using Hy and Mike for use to buy, loan and sell. they rock in Midvale great attitude nice guys, but this location sucks!

Terrible customer service, they never answer phone, or say they will call back and don't, or get fax or answering machine. Going into shop they can never find your ticket. I will never use them again!

They didn't ever answer their phone when I was trying to call in to pay on my pawn and I was from out of town. How was I suppose to pay

don't use.. these guys offered 40 for my gaming laptop from 2012.

This pawn shop like every other pawn shop is bulls*!t I have a major brand name bicycle and they don't take them so don't go to pawnshops unless you have a Rolex or a computer and they will still rip you off!!
