Treens Pools

July 4, 2015 my above ground pool collapsed and needed to be replaced. Treen Pools was recommended to me as being a fair and reliable company. I promptly contacted Mr. Treen who arrived, assessed the problem and provided me with an estimate. I then gave Mr. Treen the deposit with a start date of the third week of July.

After several follow-up calls, Mr. Treen arrived and assured me the tear down, installing a drainage ditch and installing the new pool would be at most a "3-4 day job". He did not, however, finish the job until the last week of August and the liner was improperly installed! The pool bottom was uneven, lumpy and had countless ripples in the liner. He left as much sand in the pool as was under it due to his not sweeping up the excess sand before filling the pool with water. He promised to correct the liner problem before Memorial Day 2016 but after phone calls and broken promises, the liner is still not corrected.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TREEN POOLS for anything!!!!
