CAREFUL! Polite and competitive but way short on delivering what they promise. I've gone round and round with them after upgrading my system as a reuslt of their home solicitation and transfering my monitoring to ADT. They have repeatedly promised to finish the job by installing the components I paid for and have yet to do so. I've called ADT and filed a formal complaint - we will see if that serves as motivation to make good on finishing the job. Unfortunate since the folks I have come in contact with have been pleasant but obvioulsy don't have the final word! Sorry guys but after nearly three months you should neither be surprised nor angry with this post.
