I have been to many optometrists in my life. But this place is not only my favorite; it is the best! From the time I walked in until the time I left after my exam I was met with friendly professionalism. This is a neighborhood place but all of the equipment is state of the art. I am very happy to have my eyes taken care of here and I will be back!

My wife went to the clinic for an eye exam and everything went smoothly until they billed the wrong insurance and refused to bill the correct insurance. We told them from day one we had VSP but after multiple phone calls to their front staff and biller explaining this they refused to correct the situation and straighten out the billing. This is after having received a bill almost a year later, after it was to late to bill VSP. The staff was so incompetent that I went straight to the Dr and she refused to listen and hung up on me, how unprofessional and rude. Definitely not recommended! This review combined with the others should big a big red flag...



CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Irene Combs is a very smart professional and her entire staff has always been courteous and helpful to me, especially when I decided to get Lasik eye surgery. I couldn't have gone through that without her professional support and expertise.

Absolutely don't recommend this doctor, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, and there turn around time to get your new prescription glasses, contacts. SUCK!! I had to wait 3 weeks for my contacts, and if you need prescription eye glasses you better have a spare cause you wont' get them for a week or so... Look for better optometrist that office is not worth your money or time.. Good luck!..
