I have gone to this establishment a few times over the past eight years over the past two years since it's been under new management and noticed a huge difference in the establishment as a whole. Their new party planner was super helpful I had an event recently and she went out of her way to make sure every detail of our event was a success my kids and all their class members truly had a blast at their party. The only thing I wish is that they had more staff the ones that are working seem to be really helpful there's just not enough of them. Their monthly passes also a great value and the kids bottom line always enjoy it.

I have gone to this establishment many times over the past eight years. In the last two years it has improved so much the staff is so much more friendly they really go out of their way to help. I had an event recently and their party planner was so helpful she really went the extra mile to make sure that we were pleased with every aspect of our event. The only thing I wish is that they had more staff. The staff that is working is supper hard working just wish there was more of them. Bottom line the kids love it the birthday parties here are great and the kids always have a great time.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE..Just had my the wife and daughter there , dropped them off for an hour. The acting kid manager she was stuffing her face, and watching tv, shoes off on a chair, in the back at the snack bar..when my daughter asked if she could have something to drink she was told to go all the way up front and ask the front end girl..The girl upfront named Stephanie was kind and helped them at the snack bar while the manager continued her blind ignorance to everybody and everything. The slushies were all watery(poor maintenance)no matter what color , so my wife thanked stephanie...and went to the vending machine to get a drink. My wife then ask Stephanie where a manager was and she said it was the girl eating in back...to which my wife's reply was "you have to be kidding, the one that ignored us". My wife went back there to talk with the quote"kid manager" and she stated that you just ignored my daughter and I, when asking for a drink and made us go all the way up front for service. My wife also stated she should have gotton up to help them instead of ignoring us, what poor customer service for a manager. The kid asked how I knew she was the manager, and I said I asked Stephanie up front for a manager. The kid manager asked my wife if she worked, to which my wife stated what does that matter you should be helping customers not ignoring them, and that she should go to high school, college, get her masters, then try managing. My wife then said she was going to come in on the weekend to talk with the owner. The kid manager then got in my wife's face about 5 inches away and said get out before I have you thrown out. My wife said go ahead I will call the police, and that she wanted her money back before she left. The kid was the aggressor and at no time did my wife approach the kid manager. My wife went up front to get our daughter and then get a refund. She told Stephanie that the kid manager had thrown her out so she wanted her money back and the owners phone number. Stephanie gave her the number....and money....and my wife left....of course the phone number didn't work. My wife could overhear the kid manager trying to blame Stephanie for the incident. Would never reccomend this place EVER

Very Unprofessional

The girl there was very unprofessional and told me my 2yr old son was older because he was able to take off his own jacket off. I asked to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager. She was very immature very rude and very disrespectful when I told her that my son was 2 1/2 she then told me to bring in the birth certificate. The manager was very rude to the children. Big adventure is a place for kids therefor they should hire people who like kids. If your taking your kids out for a nice fun day be prepared for an attitude. Very disappointed because it could be a great place to go with kids. Needs new employees.

I've taken my daughter here many times alone & other times with our cousin who is the same age as my daughter, & they both loved it!!! Out of all the times I've been there (which is more than 15times) only once have I seen it a little less than "perfect". But when there are usually slow days & they only staff so many people to manage the whole place you kind of have to take into consideration about everything & unexpected busy days before you go negatively judging it. The staff they do have take care of everything very well very kid friendly & it's always clean given they don't have an unexpected crazy busy day with only a few employees on duty. This place is def worth taking your kids to. The price is for kids & adults are free & the whole play land area is soo big & it is even tempting for me as a parent to want to go right in & join the fun haha. But if you have smaller kids that want to go thru the big play area, then don't worry it's also built so adults big & small can easily & comfortably get around inside & enjoy the fun with their little ones. :)

Having heard mixed reviews and being invited to a b-day party, I thought we would give it a try. Opening the door we had no idea what to expect - the concrete & metal edged stairs to second floor?.No one was manning the desk/shoe counter. We waited for a good 10 minutes. Saw our party and just walked in. No one ever asked us questions.Party Rooms smallfor a party of 10 kids. The HOT pizza was carried Toddler Land! Everything was soda, trash was dragged on the floor thru the room! The entire place was dirty - Children& parents were very rude.In fact the words directly from my child's mouth after we left those kids HATED me I have never heard her use the word hate before. Spotted an older man -In a ball pit with other kids - thought he could be a Father, kids came and went, said something to him and he got out & left BY HIMSELF. Bathrooms where that last place you would want your shoeless child - dirty, wet floors. Poorly marked exits - Horrible stairs. I would NEVER recommend!

Play-scape - Food - Arcade - Stuff an Animal - PartiesThe kids had a blast. The play-scape came from Adventure Land in Springfield for those who knew it; I believe it has been expanded a bit. The food available was similar to the selection in a pizza shop. They even have a "Build a Bear"-ish type area where the kids can stuff an animal for a fee. Plenty of arcade games. And of course, birthday party areas were available too.I am not affiliated with them, my family had a good time, so I wrote up this review!
