My Safety Belts Inc

I wanted to take a moment and write a review of My Safety Belts (MSB). My seat belt broke. This is on an older but very important vehicle to me and serves as a primary cargo van that I use for my business. My local mechanic was not able help me with new parts due to the older age of the vehicle. So, my next step was to start looking online. I quickly found (MSB) and sent my seat belt to them. They came to the conclusion that due to the age of my seat belt parts were not available!! The owner of MSB got on the phone with me and calmly said that other options were available but would require a more research. To make a long story short, MSB totally solved my problem and I highly recommend them to everyone! I am one happy and safer person because of MSB!

I didnt know seatbelts could even be repaired. I ended up tossing all the ones that came wrecked from the salvage yard, and instead bought new ones. But now I literally save hundreds and save time, im sorta in the area more like CT but none the less half an hour drive is better then 2 week wait or even three like some dealerships who dont have them in stock. Overall very happy with the company and the quality of their work! Never had any issues with them only delight. I usually dont write reviews but just had to this time. I mean quite literally awesome service!

Great service on my 2005 honda civic, I send in an airbag module and two seatbelts, the repairs were done in less then a day, I highly recommend this company.

Pathetic company! Had them fix one of my belt tensioners within a month it was locking up again. Sent it back and they said they never worked on that belt. Then they told me they had worked on it but it was fine. This company is very disorganized and keeps poor records. How do you offer lifetime warranty if you have no record keeping? oh wait, life time warranty and 100% satisfaction is a lie... If your belt is locked up or damaged its better to just buy new from the manufacturer then to deal with these con-artists.
