General Info: The Westhampton Beach Learning Center is a provider of educational programs, services and opportunities for students. The center conducts elementary autism program for individuals between the ages of 5 and 12. It offers communication, social skills training, behavior management, and student and family supports services. The Westhampton Beach Learning Center organizes special education occupational program for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. The center s elementary and middle school programs academic curriculum is based on the New York state learning standards. It also offers a skills development, independent living and behavior management services. The Westhampton Beach Learning Center provides the 12:1:4 and transitional programs for children. The center is a part of Eastern Suffolk BOCES, which operates the Brookhaven Technical Center, Bellport Academic Center and Brookhaven Learning Center.
