        Global Marina is located on Bayou Dinde', just minutes from downtown Lake Charles, Louisiana in Sulphur. Our marina is nestled in a well protected cove and is clearly marked from the ship channel. We have indoor dry storage for power, ski, and other recreational or small commercial boats with a few wet slips available for our members that need them. We specialize in a valet boat launch service with our main purpose of taking all the work out of boating. Our store and fuel island is open to the public.

        I do not recommend using Global. While guiding me down the bayou for my first run out of the marina the guy who was supposed to know where to direct me ran me aground and nearly tore the lower unit off my boat. Shoaling damaged my water pump as the next time I took the boat out it would not pump water. If they were flushing my motor like they said they do they would have noticed that it wasn't pumping and should have let me know. I don't think these guys had much interest in keeping my boat since it was smaller than most of them in there and perhaps it was just in their way. Either that ot they don't know what they're doing, pr maybe both.
