        Horrible....

        I 've been several place for service and I went to Firestone and I felt like they were just trying to sell me stuff. They didn't listen to my problem. They were trying to sell me services before I told them my concern. My suggestion is that they should listen and sympathize with the customer and not try to empty their wallet. BUYER BE WARE! This is just my opinion though.
