E Z Heating & Cooling

Since I woke up one fall morning a few years back with no heat, I called a couple of service companies listed in the local yellow pages and all said within a few days they could send someone over since they had houses with children to service first. I and my cats mean more to me than somebody's kids, so I kept calling until I reached the owner if EZ Heating and Cooling, who said he'd have someone over within a couple of hours. He did, I had heat and they've been my servicemen for heating and ac ever since. The owner's son, Rick, always talks sense to me, surprised me by vacuuming out the furnace space (which no previous service had ever done), never over-recommends just to boost the bill, and my home, cats and I have been comfortable ever since. Wouldn't consider changing no matter what was promised.
