Suburbanite Bowl

Hi May here. I went to the suburbunite bowl last week on Saturdy night at around 10:30 PM. That was my wedding party to all of my friends. And the overall experience of bowling was good. But the things to be considered are service and the behaviour of the employees who work there is the worst than I have seen any other places.



We went thre at around 10:30 PM and the lanes are open till 2:00 AM on saturday night. When we went there the food place was closed and we already paid unlimited bowl for total 11 people. We saw that the food place was closed and requested an employee if we can bring some chips/fries from outside. he was fine if I can bring, but when I went outside, he came outside and said no you cant bring in as his manager said no to him. We already broght that in and he was like, no you cant bring the food in. We requested the manager, he said do whatever you want to do but you cant bring the fries inside and asked us to call manager another day to complain about him. I forgot his name , he was so rude and doesnt know how to talk with a woman. This is not it yet.



In the middle of the bowling 3 times we changed the lanes because of techincal problems in their lanes and computers. Outdated lanes and computers. which never works...



I am calling since last Sunday to Judy (Manager to whom that guy asked me to complain about him), but everyday someone pickup and says that she is not here, call other day please.
