I would highly recommend Women Only Bootcamp to anyone who is serious about working hard to get fit and stay fit.

From the moment I entered the Freestyle Fighting Academy I felt welcomed. Coach Jorge does a wonderful job at engaging students and making them feel like part of the team. Not to mention the quality of training you receive is just as good if not better.. Finding the perfect balance of wrestling, ju jitsu, and kickboxing in a fun positive environment is hard to come across. Once you do you wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

I love that my child goes to FFA. I was a little put of by the name at first but they were offering 30 Days free so I figured I had nothing to lose. I wasn’t expecting what I did. The person who answered the phone was very professional and friendly answering all of my question and putting my concerns at ease as a mom whose child has never done an activity. When I made it to FFA, the person in the front was in a tie and slacks and was very cordial even offering me water. I took a tour of the gym and my son got his private lesson in which he had lots and lots of fun. They really know how to engage the children. My kid loves going to class. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

The guys here are great, they have a friendly environment, and they have good technique. If you want to have a good sweat, come and join here and see how much fun you'll have.

I have been with FFA for a month. This gym has pretty much changed my entire life in this short time period. I chose FFA because I heard this is a really good school. So I looked it up, I googled it, I checked it out, and it seemed solid. And after being here for a month, I could tell you that I was lost and now I'm found. This is the gym! This is the place to be. This has to be the most fun time I ever had doing martials arts. This is the real deal and it feels like family here.
