Car-X Tire & Auto

Car-x returned my car 4x upon transmission replacements but it shuddered and billowed smoke in the middle of heavy traffic with myself and my young daughter in the car risking our safety. After the 4th transmission they finally realized they were ordering the wrong transmission. They offered to rebuild my original transmission but that failed as well. Upon the 6th attempt to fix my transmission I requested the Car-X Regional Manager to get on a conference call with myself and a Subaru expert but he refused. When I went to reclaim my car Car-X refused to give it to me and I had to get the police involved. They also released the tow I ordered to get my car without telling me. Up to you to decide if you want to trust this establishment with your car and your and families safety.

NO NONSENSE, EASY TO DEAL WITH, ALWAYS SMILING, THE COUNTER MAN GEORGE, COULD NOT HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE. WENT IN FOR BRAKES AND AN OIL CHANGE AS THE DEALER TOLD ME I NEEDED BRAKES NOW. MIKE THE SERVICE MAN CHECKED THEM OUT AND TOOK ME OUT AND SHOWED ME MY CAR AND BRAKES. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE NOT NECESSARY YET. I HAD ABOUT 50% LEFT. I WASNT SURE ABOUT THAT SO I HAD MY BROTHER LOOK AT THEM AND HE SAID THE SAME THING, THEY LOOKED OVER MY LEXUS AND FOUND THAT IT WAS IN GREAT SHAPE AND THAT I WOULD NEED TIRES IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I ASKED THEM TO DO A 30,000 MILE SERVICE ON THE VEHICLE AND THAY WERE ABOUT $200.00 CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER. AND THEY GAVE ME A RIDE HOME. GEORGE AND MIKE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME. I HAVE 5 CARS AND THEY WILL ALL BE GOING TO CARX IN WHEELING. THANKS GEORGE AND MIKE. YOU MADE IT PAINLESS. BY THE WAY THEY GET VERY BUSY THERE BUT DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO ACCOMODATE EVERYONE. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS PRETTY MUCH IN AND OUT OF THERE. LIKE I SAID PAINLESS. THE CUSTOMERS THAT WERE THERE THAT DAY ALL HAD GOOD THINGS TO SAY. MADE ME FEEL GREAT. I AM DOING IN TOMORROW TO GET MY TIRES REPLACED AND FOR SOME DAMN WIPER BLADES THAT THE DEALER CHARGES $29.00 APIECE FOR ONLY $10.00 APIECE FOR THEM HERE. WOW. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT PRICES. IF THERE WERE MORE PLACES LIKE THIS THIS WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE. FIVE STARS BAH TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND STARS IS MORE LIKE IT. KEEP IT UP GUYS. YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
