Very very rude customer service!! While setting up the tent, one of the workers urinated in our yard, not once, but TWICE in front of our family. Supposed to be a brand new tent and there was mud and dirt all over it and we were supposed to get cathedral window sides and they were plain. We were also over charged. When we called to complain, the lady was rude and hung up on us.

These people were unbelievably rude. Every time we called to get information and setup, lady was rude. When the workers came to set up, they left cigarette butts everywhere. But the worst came when they came to dissemble the tent. They drove not one but two trucks into my yard without my permission (they didn’t when they installed). On the way out both trucks ran over my downspouts and left tracks in the yard. I called to talk to them about fixing the downspouts and the lady was very rude and actually hung up on me. I told her I had a video of their truck running over the downspouts and she still didn’t care. I am attaching screenshots since I can not attach a video. Don’t ever use them for anything!
