Superior Pest Control

Received a clear termite letter from A Supierior when I bought a house. Our realtor set this up and never again will I allow that to happen. Less than a week after we moved in we had our bug people come in for routine spray and they found active termites. When I called to discuss it the owner was rude and dismissive of the problem. They sent a tech guy out who acted like it was no big deal. Then the tech had the audacity to try and sell me on their service.

I had them come out to treat my home for wasps. They came out and sprayed here and there, and were to come back a week later to do a follow up. After two weeks of waiting, I called to "cancel" my second visit. After discussing this over the phone with the "technician" that came out, he completely denied our conversation as well as the conversation with my spouse. I'm new to this area and know the importance of keeping local businesses busy, but to pay $65.00 for the same problem is pretty sad. So I went to a store to buy a wasp killer spray for $5.95 and took care of it myself. I guess (A Superior Pest Control) should apologize for the price gouging as well. Never using them again or any small business again.
