If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a Groupon for unlimited laser hair removal. They burned me so badly that I have scars on my arms 5 months later. I got my money back from Groupon. This place should be shut down.

This place runs almost monthly groupons and their low price sucks you in...but don't fall for it. The owner runs this business and a deli. Basically a rented office space where she hires contractual or Agency staff. Not professional. They do post signs for tips. Robes are offered but not washed between clients..



Filthy. Laser is most painful I've ever had and not showing results after multiple treatments. They don't answer phone or call you back. At one point the tech said that the owner wouldn't let them order paper to cover the tables they do bikini laser on. One tech there was just waving the laser over skin....not even touching it to the skin. I asked who dr was....tech said just a dr with an office in the building they pay to use his name. I see a groupon right now for microdermabrasion. This place is scary and a scam. The owner must be making a.fortune though.

There have been times where I've gone in for a scheduled appointment and the doors are locked and closed. Another time the AC wasn't working. I never know if I'm going to see handmade signs asking for tips. I was never under the impression that medical spa treatments required tip, and I have done research and know that it is not standard procedure. These are medical procedures that are being offered, not massages or haircuts.



Of course there is the huge, absolutely unacceptable problem that no one answers the phone. Also need to mention the rare moment that there is a receptionist working. How is this acceptable business practice? By weaseling people for tips, having rude attitudes (I've heard employees talking trash on Groupon takers.... so why do you offer the service on Groupon?).



My 8th treatment was supposed to be September 8th. Someone from the office called me and cancelled the day before my appointment. I have NOT received a call back as of October 4th regarding scheduling a new appointment. I have called your office almost every day for the last 3 weeks. I only have somewhere along the lines of 5 treatments left, and feel very cheated. Results are just now starting to show, and I've already paid for this service that it seems like I will no longer be receiving.



Needless to say, I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in the service and staff at this facility. I do plan on calling groupon and seeing if I can get the rest of my money back and file a complaint. This place should not be in business.

Beware of this place. It's a scam! Melissa - I tried responding to you but it wouldn't let me. I was a customer back in march and was burned by them. Please email me if you want to get together and do something. I know another person who is willing to help out too. She was also a customer and got burned by them also.

I started out at Domai Salon 1212 Churchville Rd #100 Bel Air 21014 410-838-4294 . I have had number of times they cancel without notice or cancel the night before. I would get there and the equipment was broken. Then I arrived at my appt at Domai only to be told they moved to White Marsh ( more mileage) So when I went to the office in White Marsh which is called Skin Secrets Med Spa on 5430 Campbell Blvd , I thought things would work out so I continue to go and had the same problems. I had an appt on 9/17/12 and the door was lock and no one there. I have emailed, called Skin Secrets twice and have been there. I stopped at Domani but they were closed on Mondays . So I called Domani . I thought I was speaking to the owner but she kept saying she wasn't the owner. I ask why I couldn't get to any one or why were the doors close and she wouldn't tell me. If anyone else reads this let me if you want to get together to see what we can do. The only way I could post this if I gave them a star rating and it wouldn't let me give 0.

We got 2 groupons for $150 each for one year of laser services (bikini and underarm). When we finally got an appointment (a month later) we went. It was fine but extremely painful, EXTREMELY Painful (even after following their directions to the T in preparation). We have another appointment scheduled, the day before they call and cancel it. Then we finally get to reschedule (10 days later)and we get there and the shop is closed. Buyer Beware! We are out $300!!!!!
