Hazels Cafe and Catering

I'd like to submit a formal complaint for the way we were trated at Hazel's place last week.
My son paid 5$dollars for a milkshake. He loves going there after camp and ordering himslef something. We have been doing it for the last 3 years. We also have been paying for the summer camp lunch service every year.
Last week after camp around 4pm, the place was empty, since most campers had left already and it was unsual. My 8 year old ordered a milkshake as always and when he recived it he dropped it accidetaly. The women attending made rude faces and acting really mean towards the situation. They did not say anything and ignored us. I asked for a paper towel to clean up a little. The passed me a bunch of napkins and I had to clean up myself. I spent about 20 minutes cleaning up since they made us feel bad about the situation and although there was noone else they did not move a finger to help. I ordered a new milkshake and told them that if it was ok. They did not respond and another person came to order something. My son was trying to tell them that he wanted another one and one ofe them ask him to wait. After they took the order of the other person with anoyed faces, they gave my son another milkshake. The women charged me another $5 dls and one said that she gave me the first one complete and she did not have to do anything for me or my son. I though it was very rude and poorly managed. If it wasn't possible to replace it without charge, they could have been at least nicer about it. I ended up paying $10dls that day and feeling like I was treated really bad. Sadly, I will never be back there because of them. If they are not happy It's not the customer's fault.
