Horrible experience!!!!! I'm no techie computer geek, but I'm pretty sure I knew more about the inventory than this sales girl. My occupation is a graphic designer, I'm interested in purchasing a MacBook Pro. Not 1 single computer in that store has an Adobe program installed! I wanted to see how this new "touch bar" would affect Photoshop, InDesign, etc. They couldn't even show me. I'm not about to drop $3000 on a computer that I can't even test. WHAT??!!! Get your S#%T together Apple!!! As the leader in graphics software, you need WAY more knowledgeable employees and programs loaded onto your floor models!!! What a complete waste of time! Sorry, I'm not like the majority of your customers, only there to buy the newest "toy" or "status symbol". I'm genuinely interested in using your product the way it was intended, to work. The least you can do it show off what you're capable of!!! Never again...

Poor customer service that's why I buy my products online even though this location is so close and I go the the LVM at least once a week and to this Apple store at least twice a week. I wish the attitude or slight prejudice/discrimination would change because it's a shame.

I purchased a new Apple iPhone 6S 64GB on September 25th, 2015. Less than 30 days old the iPhone has proved defective. On two separate occasions the phone has turned itself off and the Fingerprint Sensor/Home Button has gotten really hot to touch. After researching on the web this is a well documented issue, many users/purchasers are experiencing the exact same problem.



I contacted the Apple Store in Whitehall, PA to address my concerns, since I feel that the phone overheating is a safety issue, and that with a defect such as this the phone less than 30 days old should be replaced.



The Apple Store refused to offer a replacement, and denied that it was an issue. The "Tech" guy, Nick was indifferent to my concerns and could care less about any type of customer satisfaction.



I am not new to iPhones, or Apple products - I know how to operate the product and have other devices that do not have this issue.



Very disappointing for a new item that was purchased less than 30 days ago, and even more disappointing that Apple will not support or give customer service.



This particular store at Whitehall is the worst I have ever experienced.
