Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I've been waiting 3 days to get my taxes done from 2 different locations. The last 2 days I made appointments and they said they were behind 1 or 2 people and they would give me a call back when I could come in, well they didnt. So when I waited hours and called back they told me the we're booked for the next couple days....so why did you let me make an appointment then ? Today I finally went to the Whitehall Walmart location for an appointment at 9am. I'm still waiting, along with another lady, for the woman to show up. What is going on Jackson Hewitt?? If this is how you conduct your business I do not recommend you deal with people's money or taxes. I will not recommend or send anyone here.
