        You had one job...

        Glasses broke in half so I went to get an eye exam and new glasses. Doc is on approved list for blue cross, I go there and was told by staff that eye exam would be covered by blue cross. WRONG he is not an approved provider but is listed as such on the Blue Cross website. Went to have glasses made as I did not have a backup pair. 3hrs later they hand me the glasses and mention to me they had an accidental scratch in the lens directly in the center of the left eye. I had no choice but to take them because I needed to go. Absolutely will never go back here ever again.
