Since Alberto's experience dates back to when he was just twelve years old, his culinary path not only ranges from his family's restaurant, but also to Cafe Parseecha and Costa del Sol, where he uses his ability to cook to play a vital role in the kitchen. With experience in an upscale corporate environment, including Morgan Guarantee and Chase's executive dining rooms, Keith Gilstein landed his dream career as the general manager of Max's 22. As a graduate from the New School for Social Research in New York City, affiliated with Parson's, Keith brings a mix of his culinary arts degree and experience with his love and passion for cooking in order to make Max's 22 an unforgettable experience for customers.
