BMW Waste

I have been using this for over 2 years now and have my account set up on autopsy to automatically pay my account each month. When there is a problem and you call to see what is going on the rules changes at the whim of a office staff member named Brandy that has no professionalism whatsoever. Keeps quoting rules that I have never received to make excuses for foul ups. Rude and argumentative and downright unprofessional. This is how they treat a customer who is on autopsy and never have to go looking for their money.

This company has not picked up trash in my community for almost a month. Everytime there is a chance between weather they never show. Funny how everyone else in the community goes to work and deals with the condition, but the company that we depend on to dispose of our waste, because that's what they chose to do, is acting like a primped girly that doesn't want to get there feet wet. Every other trash service has picked up, now what's the problem.

I have been using BMW for close to a year now. I have only had one or two small issues with the service. Both were resolved quickly, efficiently, and politely. I would give them a 5 STAR rating and a thumbs up. (Ps the issues involved me losing mail, not their fault.)

Hey, I use these guys. They do a good job. I pay them, they do their job, all is well.
