Texoma Marina & Resort

Very disappointed in this place. Reserved a 3 bedroom. They sent me an email confirmation, but there were no "details" on the confirmation. Then, we had to squish into a 2 bedroom. The cabin slept 12 people, but they only provided 5 towels. The "road" to access our "house"....shack, was wide enough for one vehicle....to leave the shack, you had to back up down the narrow windy road. And, the mice....that's right....there were mice. I brought it all to their attention, and they assured me it would be "taken care of". The shacks that they rent for $200 or more per night haven't been "taken care of" in 30 or more years. I have my reservations as to whether or not any of this will be "taken care of" either.

I'm not sure why they would feel compelled to put the word "resort" in their name, but it is far from a resort! We could have driven back into Gains villa and had more suitable, comfortable lodging and a much better price.
