Smart's Banquet Hall

I have read reviews and find that my experience with Mike has been completely the opposite. He has always been curious and helpful. He was clear as to what he will provide and I made sure I made of list of what he does not provide to ensure there is no mishap the day of my event such as the ones mentioned in other reviews. Smart's Hall is cute, clean and affordable! Best deal I found! Thus far I have been completely satisfied with Mike's customer service, after the many calls and request he is always polite and has stratified my requested and/or questions.

For those of you who want 5 star service, expect to pay for such. I will follow up on my review after my event.

Saturday couldn't have turned out better. My daughter's sweet 16 was a success! Many guest had nothing but positive comments about the venue.
I stand by my previous review. Everything was perfect! Dinner was great and servers were friendly and prompt, Security was very helpful, hall was set up as Mike and I had discussed prior to event.
I highly recommend Smart's Hall to anyone! Mike is more than willing to help. I got a great deal for a magical night! My family was very impressed with the entire event!

We had my son's Baptism here 2 weeks ago. The whole night turned out great! This is a very nice venue with great food and great service. The linens were beautiful and the accent lighting on the walls made everything really come together. Our guests kept complimenting on how beautiful the hall was. We couldn't have asked for a better evening.
Michael, the owner, is a very kind and patient man. He treated our family with the upmost respect and he is truly a professional. This is definetly the hall our family will continue to use for our future events.

We had our wedding this past weekend at Smart’s Banquet Hall and everything was perfect! Michael was very understanding of our requests, always answered the phone when we called and reassured us of any questions we had, and he was even patient enough to let us change our food option several times. He was just perfect from the start. On the day of our wedding the groomsmen and my husband went to the hall to unload our drinks, cups, centerpieces and other stuff and Michael helped them unload everything. He even started to put away our drinks in the fridge and in the freezer at the bar to have them ready for when the reception began. Michael was also generous enough in helping start our event with wine glasses, water and ice; all of which were not in the contract and he still did it. Mike is a very reasonable person and will work with you in all the details of your event. He is very clear in what is included in the packages he offers. The food provided by mike is also splendid .We had set dinner to be served from 530pm to 730pm but people didn’t arrive until 6pm and the catering team gave me the option to start serving at 6pm when there were more people present. THAT IS CALLED FLEXIBILITY which is key for any party! The servers were all professional as well as the security guards. Everything was just perfect. We asked for coral bows for the chairs and coral overlays for the round tables and they were exactly what we wanted. Coral is a tough color to get since it can be confused with pink but his staff was right on the ball with it. I will definitely host future events here. Michael offers great prices and provides superb service. He definitely goes above and beyond to take care of his customers just as he did with us that day. I highly recommend Smart’s Banquet Hall. I can say I am a very satisfied customer and as far as Michael’s service is concerned, well, it was TOP NOTCH.

We just got married at Smart's a few weeks ago we had a great time and all of our guests kept telling us how nice the venue was. Michael the owner was so polite and helpfull never once was he rude in anyway. It was a joy doing business with him,he gave us a fantastic deal, I highly recomend Smart's to anyone who wants a nice hall at a great price. customer service AAA Thank's again Mike!
