Missed deadlines, no qualified employees, and an owner is claiming she got good work done for a review here. Way to try and scam everyone Brenda Mayfield! Your secret is out because you and your husband's (Bob) company is terrible! $65/hr "design rate" is a rip-off!

These people are doing business through a wedding DJ (Jason), One Clear Media (a Fiverr/99 Designs copy), and this address. After her husband decided to be condescending about pricing and PATTED ME ON THE HEAD LIKE A DOG I told him I'd think about it and got my prints done at Office Depot for 1/2 the cost in a three day turnaround time and in FULL COLOR!

Bob claimed it would take two weeks and cost far more for two colors! Way overpriced and when a friend went in a week later - they had a new graphic artist because the other one quit! I told her not to go back as well. Do they burn through MSU students that fast?

Not ONE employee actually listened to what I - THE CUSTOMER wanted! When I called the first time I was barely greeted by a woman talking to someone else in Spanish. Their rating with the BBB must be paid for. I no longer trust BBB ratings because of this horrific experience.

Had I seen the other reviews I would have passed this company and its affiliates by. It is my hope my miserable experience will help people save their precious time and money by going elsewhere. They took a stressful project and instead of helping and made it 10x worse.

I am disgusted by these owners actions and how they feel that treating people like dumb animals is acceptable behavior. DO NOT TRUST THE BBB!

Awful company and manager. I've personally witnessed two people screaming at each other and the manager (guessing the old white fat man) threatening another employee to have hours cut. I walked out in a hurry. This dump is also located in a bad part of town. My friends went to Dallas to set up the wedding instead. I can't believe anyone would recommend a place with such a horrible office atmosphere!

Don't believe idiots who attend church with this company. I've heard many bad things since telling others about this encounter from people who actually do graphic design.

They completed my project when it was expected and was able to get me a better price than originally quoted.

Terrible customer service... Older woman working there is a major bitch. The overall work is subpar as well. I went and got better prints at kinkos.
