Beautyfirst

I went to BeautyFirst today and had my hair cut by Jayme. I have super curly hair and asked to keep the length (bra strap), layer my hair (which was all one length), and add some side bangs. I came out with two-three layers. One if which barely is long enough to go across the top of my head, a rats tail down the middle of my back, and a chunk of hair meant to be my bangs. All but the rats tail was just below my shoulders. She also thinned my hair so badly that I actually have bald spots where there is no hair. When the hair it was questioned I was told I was given exactly what I asked for and she had done nothing wrong. I had to go to a completely different salon (talking heads) to have it fixed. To make my head look presentable I had to bob my hair off to above my shoulders and soften out areas to cover bold spots. Save yourself some tears and headaches people.... Just avoid this place!
