Precision Metal Worx

This contractor stole $4000 from my husband and I. We paid him in advance for materials, and after a long delay, which we were very still very forgiving of, he told us that the money had been spent and that he would come and work off the $4000 some other way. Eventually, he stopped returning phone calls completely, and never showed up to do any work at all. When we filed a claim in small claims court, he somehow eluded the subpoena and got out of the hearing. We are still working on tracking him down. The part that makes me the most angry is that I have know this contractor for many years, and I feel that he totally took advantage of our friendly relationship in this situation. I have definitely learned a lesson.
