Toys R Us

Have been trying to get someone/anyone (!) to answer the phone at this store. Ringing now for >20 minutes. I will do anything to avoid purchasing something here given this entry into horrific customer service. One star is way too generous.

Cowardly upper managment, firing they're best managers because they hate them. How unprofesional and idiotic. If It wasn't for the fact that It's been 31 days since my last purchase, I would take back everything. By the way, the only reason there is even one star on this review is because it was a required feild.
