Big gym in a small town. I will start with the positives first...

The coaches are super nice and patient with the girls. Their "Rock Star" cheerleaders have been doing great at competitions placing 1st. They also offer a variety of classes at a reasonable price.



Negatives.....

The small town mentality exists. If you are not from a big family, parents are high profile lawyers or doctors, or just super rich... Forget it. I've noticed at several practices they have their favorites. Meaning more coach time and attention with certain children. I have paid for private lessons in the past and the coach could not even pay attention to my kid for observing another child who was receiving private lessons (the kid comes from one of those families). They even have "designated" parents to ride floats amongst other things with out doing things such as voting.



I am not the only parent who has observed this so my suggestion is if you are not a part of the small town clique or elite then take your money somewhere else so that your child can reap the full benefits of gymnastics and what it has to offer.
