        Poor Service

        I purchased a beautiful sleeper sofa with an air mattress. I paid extra for my choice of fabric and the air mattress.



        When the delivery people delivered it, they broke a support piece off. They told me either they would fix it, or replace the sofa. They did neither. I called Service, the salesgirl, and the manager of service and sales.



        I was told the part was ordered and when I received it to call to have it replaced, then I was told nothing was ordered and they would get back to me. This was in November.



        My advice, stay away from Lazyboy Furniture. Once they get your money they don't want to know you!
