Crystal Vision Center

Very disappointed in this place because I read good reviews about it. My wife ordered glasses in mid December and they were to be in the first part of January. We never got a call. We called the 2nd week of January and they didn't seem to know anything about them. After looking thru records they said that they must have gotten lost where the lenses are made and they would call when they found them. We never heard back. We called a week later and they said again that they would check into it. Finally by January 26th we called and they said they would be ready for pick up on the 27th. We were away so we went in on the 30th to pick them up and the lady said that the lenses weren't cut, could we wait 20 minutes for them. We had to watch our grandchildren and could not wait. I hope they are ready this evening when we drive 10 miles back to pick them up.
