Marc Lovecchio graduated from Princeton University in 1980. He graduated from Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, in 1984 where he was the Managing/Topics Editor of the Law Review. Lovecchio practiced at the firm of Tucker Arensberg from 1984-1987, concentrating in civil litigation and labor and employment law. He moved to Williamsport in 1987 and was engaged in the practice of law at Campana and Lovecchio through 2009, concentrating in the general practice of law. During that time, he was engaged in varied civil, administrative and criminal matters. Mr. Lovecchio was active in numerous state and federal jurisdictions. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, the Federal District of Columbia, all Federal Districts in Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Lovecchio has litigated cases throughout the Commonwealth and in numerous federal courts. Probation Violation
Mr. Lovecchio was elected Judge in the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas in 2009 where he served for 12 years. During his time on the bench, Mr. Lovecchio presided over of jury trials and non-jury trials. He also presided over thousands of criminal, orphans court, and civil matters, as well as selected family law matters. Mr. Lovecchio was a founding member of the Heroin Task Force. He also initiated several diversionary/problem solving courts such as the Attendance Improvement Court, Medication Assistance Court, Mental Health Forensic Review Team, Changing Lives through Literature Program and the Underage Drinking Court. In addition, he also introduced several programs such as expedited probation violations, costs and fines review, and pandemic trial procedures.

William E. Baney was born and raised in Lock Haven, PA. After graduating from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2008, Mr. Baney attended New York Law School. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2011 and practiced law in New York City, with a focus on civil litigation. From 2015 through June 2021, Mr. Baney worked for a mid-size civil litigation firm in Manhattan, handling complex real estate litigation. Mr. Baney was recognized as a Rising Star in the New York Metropolitan Area by Super Lawyers each year from 2015 through 2021.

J. Michael Wiley is a graduate of Dickinson College, B.A. 1989 (History and Religion) and Vermont Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1993; and, Masters of Studies in Environmental Law, magna cum laude, 1993). He practiced law in Williamsport for nearly two decades before joining McCormick Law Firm in June of 2013. Practicing law since 1990 with McCormick Law Firm, Joanne Ludwikowski concentrates her practice in the field of worker’s compensation, primarily representing insurance companies, employers and businesses, both insured and uninsured. She has been a presenter at various seminars for employers and insurance companies on the Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation Act and its reform. She also has experience in general civil litigation, personal injury law, estates, and unemployment compensation law. Joanne has had leadership training through Leadership Lycoming and serves or has served on several non-profit entities, including serving as the Lycoming County United Way Campaign Chair in 2006 raising in excess of 1.35 million and Lycoming County United Way Board President (2008 – 2010). She has served on various committees including the Hearing Committee of the Disciplinary Board for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the Institutional Review Committee for a local Health Care provider. In 2009 she successfully served as the campaign manager for a judicial candidate for the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lycoming Law Association and Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Joanne graduated from Shippensburg University in 1985 and received a law degree from Capital University School of Law in 1989. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Ohio (inactive status). She is admitted to the local, state and appellate courts, including the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She and her husband, Michael, are parents of three children.

Rich Schluter was raised in Lewisburg, PA. He attended Lewisburg High School for two years and then received his high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy, Exeter, NH. He is a 1990 graduate of Colgate University, and a 1993 graduate (with honors) of the Boston University School of Law. Mr. Schluter first practiced in New Hampshire and Maine between 1993 and 1997, where he focused on civil litigation. He joined McCormick Law Firm in 1998, and concentrates his practice on the representation of healthcare professionals and hospitals in medical malpractice defense litigation; complex civil litigation and catastrophic accident claims; and, the representation and counselling of employers and institutions of higher learning regarding employment and labor law matters. Mr. Schluter has lectured on various healthcare/litigation-related topics. He is a member of the Susquehanna Health System Quality and Safety Committee. Mr. Schluter’s practice includes state and federal court litigation matters. Mr. Schluter is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Lycoming Law Association. He is an active community volunteer, and has served on several regional non-profit boards, including: Lycoming County United Way (2001-2006); Northcentral PA Conservancy (2002-2009); Lycoming County SPCA (2009-present); and, the Pennsylvania College of Technology Foundation (August 2016-present).
