Jordys Truck Parts & Service, Inc.

We sent a vehicle to Jordy's to have the brakes repaired and after he charged $1330.00 we got the vehicle back the brakes didn't work at all. We then had to spend $650.00 more to another repair facility to get the brakes fixed and we were told that the "NEW" parts Jordy's claimed to put on the vehicle we not new even though that is what we were charged for. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! Total RIP-OFF!!

I had a great experience at this shop. The staff was very friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices were good, and they had exactly what I needed to get back on the road. I will definitely be using them again, and I will recommend them to all my friends.

Great staff. Called in at 2am, able to park on their lot and SLEEP. had all parts in stock and fixed My unit and I was on road within 8 hours.. and take A/E. I will be back!!

this place is very shady in how they operate. they overcharged me and recommended parts i did not need. i had to go to another shop to fix the job they did. i called them to ask for a refund and robert the lead tech. told me i needed to toughen up in this business. after they botched my work they were rude and unwilling to fix the problem they caused.

This place sucks they don't have a clue what there doing !!!! Nothing nice to say about this place !!!!

Had this company come out to replace windshield. I was quoted over phone $140 plus price of windshield. Final bill after waiting all day was $522. Windshield leaks in three places from the top when driving in rain. Have called several times, they tell me manger is out they will have him call me back. Still waiting. Over charged for sub standard work.
