The old adage, "If you can't say anything nice about someone, don't say anything at all," certainly applies here. Enough said.

This vendor was hired by our local agent to complete a trash out at the property our company purchased. Vendor agreed complete a trash out for $1,762.00 our agent paid him a deposit of $881.00 Once the work was completed our local agent paid him the final payment of $881.00 and our company accidentally sent him final payment as well. He was paid $2,643.00 when he was suppose to be paid $1,762.00 We asked vendor if he can return the check but he said he was not going to return it because he thought it was a bonus. Despite numerous phone calls and emails about returning the check, it looks like we wont be getting our money back and vendor is now avoiding us. This is extremely disappointing. You have been warned. Avoid them at all cost.
