My friend Sandy was a customer of hers since 1993 without issue until recently. She delivered her W2s and 1099's back in March 2021. She followed up with her as April 15th drew near and she wouldn't return my calls. She continued to try and reach her. On June 20th, she went to her business to pick up the documents so she could get them prepared elsewhere. That's when she said that she lost the papers. I would NOT recommend her services to anyone.
