Fox Fuel

We are new customer of Fox Fuel after leaving the oil company we had for close to 30 years. The people we have dealt with so far have been super customer oriented. The price protection plan gives us one less thing to worry about this season.

Placed a emergency oil delivery back in January 2017, and they could not have been more accommodating, from the moment I called the after hours line at 11:30 PM ( they got back to me in 20 minutes) to the driver who came out and put some oil in my tank to hold me over till the morning, he even came in and started my heater.The driver I think his name was Jim or Joe was back out at by 8:30 AM to fill my tank. What a great group that works there, I have dealt with larger companies and I never received the personal service like I received from Fox Fuel.
This is one company that went far and above to earn a customer.
