If I could give them A negative star I would. I brought in two Girl Scout vests to have patches sewn on. Told them where to put them and apparently the girl who is by the way rude as everyone in there is didn't pay attention. I got them back and every single patch was sewn on the front . After telling her no
It's not right she told me I did a good job and I said no it has to be done. After spending 45 minutes of her taking every patch off and be placing it again where it had to be . I picked up
The vests the next day and she didn't even take any of the old strings off and it looked like crap. Not wanting to deal with them
Any more I took the vests and picked off every string myself. Please dont take your stuff here!!!!!!!!!

I just had a terrible experience trying to return shoestring. The cashier told me yesterday(5-25) if the shoestrings don't fit I could return them. I went to return them today (5-26) and the owner told me I couldn't return.them because they were open and the cashier doesn't own the store and you have to make an exchange. I told her again that the cashier told me I could return the shoestrings I would like to have my money back please. The same cashier was there today and confirmed what she told me to the owner. She still gave me a hard time.after seeing that wasn't backing down, the owner took 4 dollars out of the register, threw it on the table and told me not to come back. Horrible

Worst service ever! High prices and unprofessional service. They destroyed my experience jacket, and didn't take any responsibility for that !!

I heard about the idea of "shopping in your closet" so I did. I found more than 12 pieces that I could use if only they were altered. I took them to this place and they did an unbelievable job. I have winter clothes now without spending a ton of money. I also liked the owners advice. She made a couple good suggestions... She was wonderful.

Perfect tailoring. This shop has been recommended to me by friends for years. It took bad service at another shop to move my business to Willowbrook Shoe Repair and Tailoring. Their work is perfect. I would never go anywhere else.

I took my leather jacket in to be cleaned hoping they would be able to do a better job than I do myself. When I went in to pick it up the jacket looked dirtier than when I had dropped it off. There were black spots all over it and even gouges in the leather. I took it home and got out my own leather cleaner and the cloth was dirty immediately. They told me the jacket had an antique finish, which it doesn't and charged me $58 after arguing with me that it was cleaner. The woman said if I wanted to have it redyed it would cost $50-60 more.
