If there were an option to give less then 1 star I would have chosen that one. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I spoke to them twice on the phone to confirm the price ($150) of the part I needed because they are a 90 minute-drive away from my house. When I got there he tells me that there is NO WAY he would sell me the part for $150. No explanation. What kind of business are they running? Unacceptable!! I wasted more then 3 hours of my time and gas. Don't even bother calling them. They are liars.

difficult to work with. bought an alternator from them on a friday and installed it the following tuesday. it did not work so we double checked our diagnosis the following day. it was a bad alternator. called them on thursday and they said that they only warranty electrical parts for 5 days. they would not even do an exchange. lost $375

Great good prices if your smart enough to talk correctly got a great deal on an engine

Completely unprofessional. I read reviews of online customers stating the part did not work and they would not return calls etc. That gave me a heads up, so I phoned in to ask about their warranty on used parts. The guy says 10 days, are you kidding me 10 days?! I said oh I won't have it installed by then, he hangs up. Completely rude, any other junkyard provides an actually warranty.
