Fancy office, Check
Clean waiting room. Check
I saw 2 Drs in this facility. The first one I felt didn't take my needs and pain seriously, so I asked to be switched to a 2nd dr in their office that I had heard was more "caring" with a better bedside manner.
When I see a Dr with a problem, I expect some type of examination, which most of my visits I wasn't even touched during the time of the visit, and was told by the first Dr. that the stones I passed were just gravel and shouldn't be causing me pain, when I felt every single one coming down the pipeliine, and could estimate when they would show up. I was usually right, and they did/do cause me intense pain or very painful aching on a daily basis.
I gave up on this office after asking for a procedure to be done to diagnose a problem I though I'd had for years, and asked quite a few times to be tested for it. I was always told I didn't need the test. I also was led out of the office in tears not finished with my questions, but rushed so the next patient could be seen.
I never went back.
I did find another great urologist, who did the test and diagnosed the problem I thought I had (which I did), which explained a portion of the ongoing pain I'd been having for 10 years.
While the office is very nice, I think the Dr.s need to spend more time on the patient and taking their questions and problems seriously. To hear that something that had been causing me pain for 10 years, shouldn't be, can send someone into a deep depression and mistrust of Drs.
I only hope that they change the way they deal with patients and treat them in the future. I just got the feeling that the care for the patient wasn't there, and watched while a friend who was also a former patient of their's was talked over her head (due to a car accident, she was in a wheelchair, but could understand what was being said to her, and could also answer the questions being asked) and asked to us, rather than to her to answer.
I guess all I can say, is YMMV (your milieage may vary), but I wasn't impressed with the treatment or attitude I received while at this facility and will no longer go back.

I scheduled and appointment and was set up with Dr. Benge. He was very cold and uncaring. He did not spend time with me and seemed rushed. The issue was sensitive and embarrassing. He offered no hope or diagnosis and provided me the same prescription as used in the past (did not work). I advised him of this yet he did not seem to care. I left extremely frustrated. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I would like to thank Dr. Cozzolino for his outstanding dedication and commitment to his patients to make sure they understand what's going on with their body. His staff deserves kudos as well as they seem to interact well with their patients.
