Brandywine Collision

As far as the customer service goes, scheduling and billing were good. No issue with the front desk. The quality of work however was below average. I had to have a truck bed panel replaced which included painting it. The paint job on the outside was ok. There was a slight mismatch in color, but i would expect that since the tuck is 5 years old. A couple of days after taking the truck back, a rattle in the bed started. So, being annoyed with it, i decided to try and find it. What i found in the process were loose screws and bolts on the panel they took off. I guess they didn't feel that tightening them all was important. Same thing on the bumper. They had to take that off to get the panel off. One of the bolts holding the bumper on was no where near tight, and had about an inch of threads still showing. It was next to another bolt that they did screw all the way in. I guess they felt one out of two wasn't bad. Also, some of the areas they had to weld weren't repainted. They just welded and left the metal bare. So ultimately, they fixed the rust i brought it in for, just to introduce another area that is now prone to rusting. Thanks.
