Had a Pressure washer serviced there on warranty. It took 2 months to get it back to me. At drop-off Tom took the units gun and threw it on the ground. No regard for someone else's property. When I called to inquire Tom was very annoyed and rude. Picked up unit when done. Unit was dirty, missing parts and true to form Tom was rude when questioned. Highly recommend all customers try other, more service oriented shops. Don't go to Delaware Equipment Rental on 1001 Greenbank Road in Wilmington.
