I had been experiencing lower back pain off and on for the past few years but never took it seriously. I thought that one of the reasons for my pain, was the nature of my job. I am a number cruncher for a major bank in the area so I am always sitting and looking at screen. It wasn't until I was in constant severe pain before I took my friend's advice to see Dr. Patel. It was my first time at a chiropractor and so I did not know what to expect. Dr. Patel and Julia were great. Dr Patel explained to me what was causing the pain, recommended treatment, and even showed me some stretches to do at work to help stop the issue from recurring. She walked me through good posture practices. After just 6 treatments over 2 weeks I was already feeling the difference.
