Walt's Flavor Crisp Chicken Express

The best fried chicken in Delaware hands down

Almost past the place on Lincoln Street. Not in the greatest looking part of Wilmington. It was probably once their house and converted later on to this chicken take out place. They do have dinning, but its outside right infront of the steps to the entrance.



In a nut shell, we really were not impressed with the taste of the food. Sorry Walt, but your chicken lacked flavor. It was moist though. The biscuits and corn bread were so dry and crumbled. Potato and Mac salad was average with a mustard base. French fries were chrinkle cut but soft.



Staff was accomodating and freindly!



I'm not sure I would classify this as home cooking. But it was interesting trying them out. Go for yourself and see what you think.
