After retiring from the Coast Guard, Mr. Illobre joined a large primary care group in Wilmington, North Carolina. After practicing there for 7 years, he and another Physician Assistant, Kimberly Martin, opened Masonboro Family Medicine in Wilmington in November 2003. He has been and is currently a clinical preceptor for the Duke University PA program.
Family Practice
Our approach is that of a "Patient Centered Medical Home" where you are our main focus and every patient is known to the providers and staff. Masonboro Family Medicine is able to coordinate all of your medical care and provide referrals to outside medical professionals when indicated.

Deb’s past experience has included working with adults, adolescents, and children. She offers special care in the areas of stress management, anxiety, and depression.
