I came to North Carolina 2015 and just got a 2007 Honda Accord that I traded my truck for. I needed it really looked over to make sure everything was ok. I had no idea where to go being new to the area and not trusting too many places. I saw that Mobile Tech had good reviews so I took it there. The guys there were great and did a thorough check on my car! They found a few things that needed immediate attention but other things that could wait. Of course, I returned later to get those other items taken care of. I continued to go to them for all of my needs for my car and received excellent care. I moved away for a year and when I recently came back, I returned to Mobile Tech! Thank you Dave and the rest of the crew for always being honest with me!

I'm telling you David and his guys are the best in the business period! I've been to just about everybody in town including the dealer for my car. If you want honesty, quality service and the lowest price in town look no further than MobileTech.
PS. I hear they also do fantastic work on hybrids and electric cars as well

As a woman honesty and trust are qualities I value the most when dealing with car repairs, specially since I have been taken advantage of in the past because my lack of knowledge of cars. I have found these qualities at MobileTech. Each time I have had my car service, every problem was handle properly and efficiently with friendliness and professionalism. As I live and work in Wilmington, I want my car serviced at a convenient location and by people who value me as a customer and this is the place to go. I definitely recommend MoblieTech for all of your car needs.

WARNING!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! MY CAR WAS SERVICED AND LEFT WITH A BROKEN A/C!!
I recently received service from MobileTech. My A/C was running a little low and needed to be recharged. I paid for the service and left thinking my AC would be working in the same or better condition. I was wrong.
On the drive home, after being serviced, the A/C completely stopped working. After several calls, I finally got a hold of the owner. He REFUSED to fix the mistake and REFUSED to make good on his TERRIBLE SERVICE. I left there with my car in WORSE CONDITION.
I was even willing to go back if they would work with me on the service charge for a busted air compressor. They refused.
Needless to say, I made the mistake of trusting MobileTech.
In response to Mr. Brown's review. Is it not true your A/C had an issue prior to us servicing your car? Is it not true we not only diagnosed your problem as a failed A/C Compressor? Is it not true we also gave you an estimate to repair the A/C system, which you declined. I do apologize you have recently been unemployed and unable to afford to repair the luxury accessories on your car such as your A/C system. To elaborate on your review, a few very key items you failed to mention. The vehicle is a low mileage vehicle that has sat more then it has been driven in the past 6 years. As I explained to you, R134A systems use a form of oil in the compressor that require the use of freon to circulate, as the system sits unused the o-rings dry and freon leaks from it. I explained to you that once you begin using the a/c system low on refrigerant the oil does not flow and causes compressor failure. In which case you experienced. This is a VERY COMMON issue for Honda Civic models with your compressor style and set up. I do not appreciate being threatened with a "bad review" on the internet as a form of black mail to repair your car. I am very understanding to many of the hardships people face, I was very fair with my pricing, I also offered to refund you a/c service and allowed you to use multiple coupons to help you save money, this appears to have not been enough. Ever since I have had my car repaired with Mobile Tech, I have been itching to write a review of the best experience I have ever had with ANY mechanic. I am a very business-minded, professional person and notice very small details that can tell me A LOT about a company. There isn't anything I despise more than seeing an un-organized office & un-professional men with horrible condescending attitudes towards women. Mobile Tech was like a breath of fresh air when I first contacted them. I have an older 1997 Honda Accord, which I have had for 6 years. I have a salvage title on it so once I hit a few deer here and there, I knew it would come out of my own pocket so I wanted to make sure I did my homework. After getting three estimates, Mobile Tech was just was fit my budget. David was VERY cordial. The front office was clean and they were very respectful. He included a list of everything that was wrong, which I loved because I didn't want any unexpected charges and then it would be my word against their word. He always called us back when he said and even had our car ready before schedule. Definitely will use Mobile Tech and refer EVERYONE I know to him. Thanks, David! :)
