        my FAVORITE PLACE in Wilmy! This is my favorite place I've lived in Wilmington. It's super close to downtown and great restaurants. The community is adaorable and although the apartments are on the smaller size, they are really well laid out with modern features (concrete!?!). It has awesome stuff to do like the gym, theater, and the ladies up front are awesome. Definitely recommend!

        The coolest place to live in Wilmington. The people here are awesome, everyone from maintenance to neighbors to the office. The location is top notch (biking distance to downtown coffee, restaurants, and shops and a 10-15 min drive to beach.

        Love the floors here, decor, and the entire vibe.
