When we first bought our furniture there one of the family members was very helpful and nice. Unfortunately I had a problem with one of my chairs due to a new puppy and asked if they would be able to fix the chair or I would be willing to purchase a new chair. They were not able to fix it and only able to sell me the chair in pairs. No problem I would have the bad chair cleaned up the best we can and use it as a spare. When I arrived at the store fully expecting to PURCHASE the two more chairs I had asked a question about the wood on the table top seemed to be splitting. I spoke to the mother. I had questions about the answers that apparently you can not have linen place mats on the table because it holds moisture and will cause the table to crack. The daughter pipes in and tries to embarrass me by saying well your complaining about a table when your new puppy chewed up the chair. Mind everyone that I was not looking for a discount or anything as a matter of fact I was going to pay for the repair and buy 2 more chairs. She then tells me that she has the same table and sells 50 a month and never has been questioned but she had a glass top cut for her table so it did not happen. Very rude should not be in the front of the store can not handle any type of customer which is a shame because my wide and I actually enjoyed walking through. I would advise not to go there in my opinion.

This is a great store. I visited for the first time this past weekend looking for living room and bedroom furniture. They have a great selection and nice quality to pick from. Plus, between Friday and Saturday, I bet I was there for 4 to 5 hours trying to decided on items. Hope, Amy and Michelle were great and didn't mind me asking millions of questions and moving stuff around to try items with different pieces of furniture. I did finally decide on my furniture and hopefully will have it all together by Christmas. If you ever need new furniture, I would definitely highly recommend taking a look at this store.
