The company is the exclusive manufacturer of these items for McDonald s USA. When used in an industrial context, the balls offer heat retention, evaporation reduction, algae control, oxygen absorption, vapor containment, odor containment, radiant protection, reduction of acid mists and camouflage from waterfowl. Weener Plastics operates production facilities in the United States, Denmark, England and Mexico. It is also involved in joint venture operations in India, Brazil, South Africa and Asia. The company is headquartered in Wilson, N.C.
