La Carreta

Me and my family took my mom out to eat at this restaurant, (which is her favorite and she's been coming here for 20 plus years) we were there an hour and 45 minutes before they brought the food out. The waiter brought me coke twice which I ordered Dr Pepper. After he finally brought me my correct drink he didn't bring anyone else out refills until our food came out almost two hours later! We had to go up front and ask for more chips and salsa, we asked to have the owners name or number he then walked away when my mother asked, then when our food came out ( the guy that helped carry out put it on the table in front of us and we had to get up and get it ourselves because he walked away) we asked again and me swooshed his hand and said don't worry about it, and we said no we want it and he said if you feel that way you can go somewhere else. All of us stood up and walked out! West service I have ever received in my 25 years of life! We will never be back again! they we're not busy either
