        Overall

        Merciless and harsh. Refused to let my mother work out payment options. They are charging an extra deposit because she was late. Seems strange that they would charge more money because she lacked money to pay. Greedy, rude, and cruel. The first lady she spoke to seemed sympathetic to her situation though. Get solar panels
